We have a floating dock which is attached to six pylons that were driven into the water. Well the problem is that the metal rings that are attached to the dock and go around the pylons make a terrible noise when a wave comes in. It is even starting to wear down the pylon. We were thinking of putting a large pvc pipe around the pylon down to the water ground. Anyone have any ideas or have been though this? Thanks
