Basement Apt. Update

Thanks for the responses to my earlier post about our basement project. After losing a great long-time tenant, we've decided to reclaim our basement apt. in our Colorado ski house. Our DD and SIL live there full time and we vacation there 3-4 times a year. The main house works fine when there are just the 4 of us, but it would be nice to have another living/tv/away area and more room for guests. Other than the location near the base of a major ski resort, the house itself isn't anything special (really builder basic). It really doesn't have a 'ski lodge' vibe, but it is comfortable and we've learned that a contemporary/traditional mix -- kind of Room and Board meets Pottery Barn -- works best for the house and bridges the generations well. Basement will probably lean more contemporary and we are trying to brighten a small drab space with some color. We were out last week and DD and I made a trip down to Denver and did a lot of looking online as well. I think (hope) we're headed in the direction we need to go (even if slightly over budget). Our progress so far is just the bones:

Here is the floor plan with the furniture close to scale (we also taped the sectional out on the floor to double check the sizes)

And this is our inspiration room that DD found on Houzz:

Our paint and flooring runs more gray, but I think it works and flows best with the rest of the house. Note that the color looks more green in the pic than IRL -- it is more of a putty gray. This pic also shows our one and only
IKEA find.

So . . . we've ordered this sectional (York, in cement from Room and Board -- very comfortable):

And this cocktail table and end table (also, R&B in the slim collection)

Then we found these chairs on amazon for the dining table (yep, we're are drawing really heavily on our inspiration room with these) . . . haven't found a dining table yet - - suggestions? Maybe a white parson's table?

Finally, our one and only accessory so far is a white paper mch moose head from West Elm . . for fun and, hey, we had a real moose in the back yard last spring . . will probably go on the wall by the dining table. We will probably wait until the sectional comes in (probably late Oct.) to do much accessory shopping, but would welcome any ideas or anything you happen to run across (budget friendly). I love the navy lacquered tray in the inspiration pic (maybe rectangular) and we need some bright pillows and other pops. .I think we probably need something fairly large on the end wall above the sectional -- our first thought is maybe a framed art poster of aspens, but might need something warmer. Ideas? Oh, and somebody mentioned fur -- maybe a faux fur throw?

Thanks for any suggestions! This is a great site with some very talented people.
