Hmm. Two thoughts: sometimes those electric accessories come in an ORB (oil rubbed bronze) finish, which sounds close. But the easiest and cheapest way, IMO, would be to find a paint color to match your tile, and paint the accessories.

Lutron has several browns. You could also use dark brown for the switch or receptacle itself and custom paint metal switchplates to match the tile exactly.

My receptacle does not match and it was obvious with the switch plate, but with the switchplate matched to the backsplash instead, the slight variance isn't as noticeable: its next to the tray.

Check out Columbia Gorge Stoneworks. They are terrific. Not cheap, but they do great work and are wonderful to deal with. We had them make switchplates for our hall and master bathrooms using our travertine and White Thassos marble tiles. We sent a tile/piece of each (marked off the sections we wanted to use on the travertine) and they made beautiful switchplates for us.

I'm pretty sure they also make plates out of ceramic tile, too.
