Island and marble tile counter top is in. Pantry/broom closet door is on. 2 more cabinets to set, one over fridge then wall pantry to close it in.

Island top is Temple Gray Marble 12 x 12 from Lowes, $1.98 per square. Would like feedback on using that as backsplash as well vs the mulicolor glacier that I picked up on clearance. The 12 inch tile does not completely cover backsplash. Originally picked it up with plans to cut into 2 inch strips for a border above top of post formed backsplash and the marble.
