Thank you for your interest in these floors. They are solid white oak floors that were custom cut, sanded and stained in place by Olde Tyme Floors in Los Angeles (Sherman Oaks).

Are you referring to the stain used on the floors? If so, you would need to contact Olde Tyme Floors in Los Angeles. They were the folks that refinished the floors and would prefer to be the ones to tell you about it. You can tell them the project was the Appelbaum project in Santa Barbara.
