It looks like the handles would look nice with the counters, if in real life they have the warm coppery tone in them that I see in the photo. I am stuck on my handles and I think the most important thing is how they look with your cabinet surface - the warm oak. Getting a sample, even if not the one you want, and hold it up against the wood would be the decision maker, not the color of your other fixtures & appliances. If the oak has any red tone in them (like my oak floors) I think the copper could look beautiful, but watch for color clashing. Without seeing the cabinets I think it would be nicer than a grayish silver.

That's a good idea Sparklekitty. The place where our cabinets are being made has a finish sample and the hardware. I'll have to check them together. The countertop pic above is very accurate at least on my monitor.

Anyone else agree/disagree that this could look good? I'm still unsure bc of the ss appliances especially.

I was told and/or taught by a cabinet hardware store that you should treat your cabinets like a piece of furniture and don't think that you have to match your appliances etc. I just went through this with my neighbor who installed stainless appliances with off-white cabinets with a cappuccino glaze. She ended up getting octagon shaped crystal knobs with an oil-rubbed bronze backing. They are beautiful and still look absolutely fine with the appliances. They pick up the color of her glaze and she has glass pendant lights being installed. I like the color of your handle selection very much with your granite.
