Hovep01 actually got at Macy's. We love it. I posted some time back that it's all fixed and I have the right combo of pillows and they stay up.

I also have leather couches and love the look and added color of a few pillows. The secret to keeping them in place is simply adding a small section of rug tape to the bottom. It is a sticky tape used to keep rugs from slipping on non-carpeted surfaces. The tape is about 2-3 inches thick so I fold it half and hand stitch it to the bottom ofeach pillow. It's simple, cheap, and takes care of the slip problem!

Please try a luxury throw. I had the same problem with pillows. You may have a experiment until your get the perfect throw. I discovered the thin throws also will move. I got one that looks like real fur and Wow what a difference it made.

I know that I’m way late to comment, but I’m having the same issue with my leather sofa and pillows and stumbles upon your post. I’m thinking about stitching rubber backed elastic to the bottom (back) of the pillow cases. The rubber will add friction to keep the pillows in place. The purpose of the elastic is really for headbands, sports wear, etc. Not sure if it will work, but it is worth a try.

Very helpful string all these years later.! I’m going to try the weighted cylinder inside.

I think leather sofas need very textured pillows to contrast/warm up the slickness of the leather - the texture also holds them in place - I don't think smooth cotton pillows add much

I use feather inserts in my pillows, instead of fiberfill to help them stay in place on leather sofas.

I would ditch the pillows, they slide off; I know I have a leather sofa.....lol.

Instead install a pretty patterned set of floor to ceiling curtains, 2 - 2 1/2 width the window, hung 8" - 12" beyong window on each side.
