Does anyone know where I can buy a double rocker with single toggle combination light plate? I already checked Lowes and Home Depot both stores and online. I've been searching other sites and am coming up with nothing.

This combination is in the basement. It's already hooked up. DH had to have the fan speed on a wall adjustment. It's currently one of those turn knobs but he's say/was told you can use a toggle switch in that spot. The rocker switches are the fan light and another ceiling light.

I can find every combination but that one. White plastic is fine as we'll be painting the plate the wall color.
