CertaPro (a national franchise) painted our kitchen, powder room and fixed some leak damage on our dining room ceiling. These guys were awesome! I had called two local painters who never answered my calls. Remembering that my DH had used CertaPro when he sold his house, I decided to try them. VERY professional -- no downpayment, insured, satisfaction guaranteed, prompt service, follow-up (wet paint inspection and dry paint inspection by us), and a thank you with a survey to complete.

Three painters came out. They prepped, taped, covered, etc. better than I've ever seen. They moved the furniture and took good care of it. They swept the floor and cleaned up after the project. They left all the extra paint with us. They were wonderfully polite and fixed some loose crown moulding for us. They finished up the entire project in less than a day and our house was ready for Thanksgiving!

The price was competitive. I know that you get different painters in different cities, but we were really thrilled with this franchise.

Anyway, when we get such incredible service from a company, it's worth telling others about it.
