Send the manufacturer a sample of the field tiles that you have installed so that they can match it.

According to my tile setters, one of the problems they've been having with factory made tiles is that the three dimensional ones (especially v-cap corners, but also things like bullnose) come out the wrong size, mismatched, color, etc. One can assume because the different sections don't talk to each other.

What I learned through my own tile circus is that heat and duration of kiln time can really affect a chemically identical glaze. I also had problems with green tinges that apparently were overcooked. The color in glaze comes from minerals, and different ones react different ways with heat.

If you do not send them a sample you could be waiting a long time for them to hit or miss the right color.
