My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Info on millwork

I like the simple lines of the casing and molding. Is this stock or custom? How can I achieve this look?

    Good Morning and thank you for your questions regarding my project.

    All of the window casings and base moldings were selected by me and then purchased by my contractor. Since the project is many years finished - I wouldn't be able to offer any more information than that. However I do know that we selected the moldings out of a mil-working catalog.
