My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

It appears to be from the Walker Zanger Wood Age collection.

Just went to the store here in Atlanta. These are limestone. The style is Lucca Smoke Textured Liner Mosaic. I got a sample of the smaller, thinner tiles that are on a sheet. Item Code 2LUCSMOTLM. The smaller tiles are .73 square feet per sheet and $27/sheet. The bigger tile design you see in this picture was created by mixing all the tile colors from this line, using single tiles that are about 2.5" by 7". Hope this helps!
