I had always planned to use honed absolute black granite in my kitchen to go with the carrara marble I picked. We went to the stone yard yesterday and to pick out our slabs and the owner, who really knows stones, suggested something called Labrador Black Granite. He felt that it went with the marble better, would show less dirt and finger prints, and was more interesting? My husband was sold.

Me, not so much. All they had at the yard was a piece of polished Labrador Black granite, no honed. I've scoured the internet and this site looking for pictures to no avail. Has anyone used Honed Labrador Black Granite? Pictures maybe?

I only have until tomorrow to make this decision.
