Does anybody have microwave carts?

I'm envisioning a built in but similar kind of thing to use more of the middle space in my kitchen.It would project from, yet be attached to the sink wall, be large enough for an advantium, ( 28 x 36 ??) with countertop on top for landing space, and likely trash underneath with an access opening. So it will be taller than countertop.

Have you ever seen a small peninsula taller than the counters? I'm thinking the height variety might be nice, but I may be way off the beaten path here.
