I've gotten very good service from www.edish.com In my experience, their prices are much better than Replacements. They send me email whenever they get some stock of the dishes I'm interested in. Also, the slightly imperfect dishes at the 25% discount are perfect, as far as I'm concerned.

I'm pretty sure they also do cutlery.
