We just had Kichler Xenon undercabinet lighting installed in our kitchen, so I'm not sure what model, etc. you are trying to replace that they are no longer being made? They have only been in for about 3 wks and we love them so far!

I don't know about Kichler, but we just picked up a bunch of Xenon UC lights at Lowes on clearance, half off! They are cheaper than the florescents. I think they are Utilitech. I don't know if they are good or not, any input would be nice as well. I would just try to find a brand that has a similar design or fit that wouldn't be to obvious. The local light stores may be able to offer some advice over the electrician.

check ebay -they may not be made anymore but there could still be some for sale

We just installed the new Kichler LED UCs. Love them! A bonus is that the new ones are a scant 1/2" thick and the transformer is slim as well.

I have Seagull Linear LED. I had also looked into Environmental Lighting, which are good ones.

I love mine, though. They are dimmable and energy efficient.

We are just finishing up a renovation of our cabinetry, and I installed LED lights from Lowe's. I believe they are utilitech. Cost for three lights to do these cabinets was about $220.00 The flash enhances the glare, but you can see some glare lines from each LED on the stainless backsplash.

After studying the choices I put in LED dimmable lights from Environmental Lighting. I'm very happy with the results. I called in to their customer service and the rep there was very helpful with ordering exactly what I needed.
Shipping was quick and my electrician did the install.
