Buy a sample of each, paint a piece of posterboard or foamcore, and prop them up next to the front brick trim. See how they look over the course of the day as the sunlight changes.

Also, bear in mind that there may be several good choices, not one perfect choice.

high tea or even better a charcoal grey would enhance the horizontal lines, giving it a more japanese appearance.

A Darker value around the windows wound definitely be better. Too much contrast.

You basically have a white house with a little bit of red brick. I think Spiced Cider and Brandywine are not great colors for the base of the house. I like High Tea and Smokey Topaz options. It looks like the roof is brown and these colors would go with it as well. Paint the trim a light taupe, including the gutters and soffit.

I am having trouble with any of the colors in the amount of space that will be painted. I would definitely purchase some big sheets of thin plywood or something that you can test paint and stand up in various areas to look at.

I have already put up 2 x 2 painted color boards and am still having a difficult time deciding. We have a beautiful pine grove backdrop to the house, pavers in warm tones will be installed and a redish brown tile roof.

Can you take your picture and put it into one of the color visualizer programs so you can see more? I have not used them, but I understand Sherwin Williams has one and possibly Valspar. I don't know about Benjamin Moore. I would try to get a picture that shows the house and get some of the roof in the picture so you can see the whole effect. This might really help you. My concern is just that it may be too much of similar/same color between the walls and roof. Couldn't really tell from picture.

Try propping your 2 x 2 painted boards next to the front door and taking a couple photos to post here for opinions.
