These window treatments were actually selected by the homeowner and added after the renovation was complete. They do really add to the soothing atomosphere of this bathroom, though,

This configuration of the tub and vanity is similar to my bathroom. Do you have pictures of the rest of the bathroom?

These are called Roman shades with "top/down - bottom/up" feature.And the fabric is in "blackout" - no light penetrates through the fabric. There are SEVERAL companies out there making this type of shades. I would be more than happy to connect you with someone in your area.
