Congratulations on the new house! I agree with non-leather. I think fabric accent chairs with arms (clean lines to match the couch)- they can be solid or print. You can tie in the colors with throw pillows on the couch. I think you could put them side by side (like a loveseat) across from the chaise portion, facing the windows to create a delineated seating area (since you have a more open concept where rooms flow together). You can see view, TV, and other couch from that positioning. A rug would further delineate the seating/ living area.

As far as coffee table, you can do round or two smaller ottomans (see link). I think wood or mixed materials (wood, metal) would look nice. Glass will look more contemporary if that is more your style.

Yes! I like the contrast of the travertine top with your dark couch!
