without any information it is almost impossible to identify a rose.
How big is the bush?
Does it bloom once or all spring/summer?
How old is it?
How fragrant is it?
What is the bloom size? There is nothing in your picture to give scale on the flowers or foliage.

All these questions help us identify roses.
That said, IF this a full size climber larger blooms, and IF it had constant rebloom it could be Joseph's Coat.

that looks like what i bought today. A hybrid tea rose called Double delight

Double Delight is white and red/pink, with no traces of yellow.

It looks very much like my Cl. Joseph's Coat. The flowers, the buds and leaves look the same and there's those very prickly stems.

I thought of Joseph's Coat too. My Double Delight does have creamy yellow tones but looks nothing like that.
