need ideas/help on Master Bath

We have a fairly large area for the Master Bedroom/Bath. It's roughly 18'6" x 30'. I need to keep the windows fixed (except I can close off the small one shown over the tub. The doors into the room also need stay fixed. The interior walls are fair game. I took a cut but my spouse is not sold. I can build it, just not very good with design. The tub is not a requirement - a reasonable size shower is. Appreciate any ideas/thoughts.

this option has: 1) room for towel rails the previous one did not have; 2) a walk in shower 3) no tub

My thought is that the second one does not allow much wall space in the bedroom for furniture or a tv if you want one. Will the walk in closet accommodate your dressers and chests, or take the place of those pieces?

I do see what you mean about no place to hang towels near the sinks, which is problematic. As far as a tub goes, it's up to you whether you want one or not. Is there another tub in the house? Kids need tubs.

The more I look at the choices, the more I like #2 for practicality, as long as you consider your need for furniture in the bedroom.

your right on the need for more space for furniture. I will eliminate the closet in the bedroom area. We have a tall dresser in a corner by the bed now that fits fine (the windows are not perfect in the drawing. We are not sure about not having a large tub though.... Are they used or are they a dust collector? Im still struggling with the "storage" area. Maybe have a cupboard that opens into it on the bathroom side?
