Lots of talk here on the forums of the quotes being "out" but nothing is out if you do it right. Here's one I like. The photo of it is not that great but you can see the words on the wall there on the right. I think it is tone-on-tone so it doesn't jump out at you like the second photo (which I don't particularly care for). And you have to get closer to see what is written.

A similar treatment in the third photo.

I think this is one of those things where you need to be careful because there's a thin line between cool and kitsch.

Good luck!

A visit to local craft stores for stencil templates and fonts could be a start.

Will you be doing a full wall or just a smaller area of a wall?

Actually, I would like to be able to type the quotes using different size fonts (or hand-write them) on paper & then compile them like a collage). I don't want the script to be large like with wall stencils - I have too many quotes in mind (probably at least 25). It would be idea to be able to add to them, although, I feel like that might represent another complication - so it's not a requirement. Thank you all for your responses. I appreciate you trying to figure this out for me!
