I would get the 95" panels

I would definitely get the 96 inch panels. You could always have them hemmed for a reasonable price if they are too long. This way, you can hang the rod higher to give the illusion of higher ceilings. Love your ottoman!

You DEFINITELY should get the longer drapes - or add a sold color panel at the bottom of the drapery to add the length so the drapes go from floor to 2" from the ceiling. A cinnamon or nutmeg color would go perfectly. You could trim the seam where the two fabrics meet with an accent - look in the trims section at the fabric stores - and make it all come together. Example idea - add a strip of tourquoise grograin ribbson along the seam and get some tourquoise throw pillows. Be careful to have the horizontal seem exactly straight or it won't look good. Take it to a professional if you don't sew. Good luck! The room is really coming together beautifully.

The curtains are a great choice. Open them up more or tie both in the middle with a decorative tie. I think what is throwing it off is the white blinds. Maybe cellular shades in bone, almond color.

I would exchange for the longer length of you can. I know it is a hassle to move the rod, but in the end you will be happier you did.

I would do the 95" drapery. You could also mount the rod 4" over the window, and puddle the extra fabric as needed. Or, stack tight to left and right and use a fabric tie-back to hold up fabric and "bishop sleeve", with the bottom just touching the floor. In any case, move the rod at least 4-5" up.

I've decided to exchange the curtains to the 95".

Great chose! I'm sure you can already tell the difference between having the 95" instead of the 84" - it adds height to the space & makes your window appear larger.

Agree with the longer drapery and hang it higher.

I see you decided to make the change. I was in agreement with the others too. Just wanted to say...I really like your room...ottoman, throw, pillows and curtains look great! Good luck and enjoy your space. :)

Longer, for sure, but I'd also suggest going wider if you can. Gives the illusion of a bigger window.
