Which railing system did you use for the frameless railing? How did you meet the code requirements without top rail?

we used a wagner base shoe( http://www.wagnercompanies.com/site/Viewer.aspx?iid=15287&mname=Article&rpid=524) and anchored it to a steel tube below which was engineered to withstand the overturning requirement.
