My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    There are 2 adults living in this home.. if there were children using this powder room on a daily basis, I would have chosen an eggshell or satin finish.

    There is no shower in this powder room. I use a flat finish most often for ceilings... that said I often tile the ceilings in a shower.
