I would say starting now, have an estate sale. take out what you want to pass down, and the large items you want to keep for the new apt., then sell the items you no longer need. with the profit generated you maybe able to purchase some key storage and flexible furniture you will need for your new space. Good luck! Hire an organizer HE/She will be your greatest asset.

There are a few tricks to decorating a studio apartment. First, make sure that every piece of furniture o=has a purpose and in some cases the furniture can have more than one purpose. For example a desk can serve as a night table and work desk (see photo). Another tip is to create sections using creative wall dividers like shelves.
