My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

1. Can this be purchased without the medicine cabinet and if so how much less would the price be?

2. Can you provide more info on the teak...assume this is a laminate teak? Is the laminate real teak or just to look like real?

    This vanity is sold as a set, the faucet and medicine cabinet are included and cannot be purchased without its components.

    The cabinet is a veneer on MDF.
