I think I originally posted this in wrong area. Recently moved. I have struggled with furn placement around the corner fireplace & built in media. This is the best I could come up with. I am going to get a new (larger) area rug, add some window treatments & throw pillows. I need something to lighten the area up. Color suggestions, furniture placement ideas or style window treatment advice would be great. I am not in position to change out couch & chair at this point. I was thinking maybe sofa table behind couch w lamps. I am kind of stuck on the area behind the chair. Currently I just stuck a small chest there but would like to do something else. Just not sure what. Thanks!
