I don't know the color names but they look like they may be an American Clay application.

These are a custom tinted plaster application. Unfortunately, it is very difficult to reproduce both the color and texture, even between different batches of plaster. However, the starting point was for the plasterer to match their tint for the Entry walls to Benjamin Moore's 691 - dartsmouth green (their spelling) and for the hall and living room walls to match Benjamin Moore's 1146 - Harvest Bronze. Hope that helps.

I love these colors and want to replicate them. I think the entire combination will go marvelously with my terracota tile. What is the name of the green in the ceiling?

Please see the caveat above about being very difficult to replicate these colors. That being said the ceiling color starting point was Benjamin Moore's 502 - grasslands.
