My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Approx 11'w x 5'deep. Each person sitting should have 30" of space, especially an eating space. I believe 4 chairs were used here, but 1 taken away during the photo shoot. Watch your traffic clearances around an island. This place was very large, and had no space constraints.
