Need help with palladian window

Hi all - So, my 20 yr old home has(had) vinyl window grids on the inside of all double pane windows. Recently the large palladian window grid fell out and broke apart. Many of the other window grids were in terrible shape as well (front of house faces west) from the sun, so we removed them all. The 2 palladian windows still have very nice arch grids (wood) but the rest needs replacing. I have searched extensively for the window manufacturing - but no luck - absolutely no information on the windows. A company in the Atlanta area would be best. Any recommendations? Thanks!

it was a happy day that i threw all of my vinyl inserts in the trash. why not just leave your windows open like that, it looks a lot more like now vs 20 years ago.

Custom grids are going to be pricey. Not all of your windows need to be identical. Take a photo of the outside of your house and see if you need to replace all of them, or if you could leave the wood ones in and not install anything in the other windows. You might discover that you like the new look.

I (sort of) like the way the rest of the windows look without the grids - except this one. As you can see it is over the front door with a 2 story foyer. It just looks stupid with no covering from the outside. All the rest of the windows have either draperies or shutters(on the other palladian window) that is in the library. I can't believe what a hard time I've had finding replacement grids - Home Depot and Lowes - no luck.

Well, yeah, if you're searching at box stores, it's no surprise that you're coming up bubkis. Go to an actual window and door retailer. They may be connected to an actual real lumber yard. It won't be cheap. If the windows are vinyl too, it may be time for them to be replaced as well.

Hi! Mine are wood but the same thing keeps happening to me....fall out and break. Have you come up with anything yet?
