My designer chosen\ this to place over a very tall mirror med cabinet. It will be about 13 inches down from the 8" ceiling. Is this going to be blinding light? Can it be dimmed safely? Is there 2 to 3 1/2 inch wide pendant I could get to supplement it or replace it? There is only 5 1/2 inches between the wall and the mirror ed med cabinet surrounded by tile on one side.
