Noting that some arrangements offer more seating at the bar, A&B are both good. D&F are my least favorite since you'll regret not having access from one "kitchen" directly to the other with food in hand. The French doors are nice in C but you need a direct exit from the living room too. G and H force you to exit the living room via the dining or kitchen area. So, my 2 cents worth is that I would use C and add a wall of French doors and windows across the end of the living room where the sofa is sitting. If increased seating at the bar is important, use H plus the wall of windows and doors in the living room.
