My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
wow, lucky wife. the humidity should be fine, although you could always cover the seedling trays (with a standard plastic cover) for a little extra humidity and temp stability when they are at their most vulnerable.
Nice--smart design. Don't do what I did: built a simple box out of blue insulation board and put a heating mat inside. The humidity was so high the seeds molded.
