Anyone have one of these but with solidstate ignition and not points?
I ask cuz i have a spare 80 motor laying around and came across a SS ignition coil for a original model\newer version fs80. Being it originally is points i cant get it to start and wonder if the flywheel timing is different from pts and ss.

so, if anyone has one that was built with SS ignition can u tell me if the flyweheel key is @ TDC, what angle\where is the magnet on the flywheel? at 2oclock, also at 12oclock etc??

on mine, everything is there- fuel, spark, and compression but still no bang (or very hard to get)
