We are actually getting some snow here this morning - just spittin' but it's snow. I would like to see some fall on the gate and wreath.

Always nice to see your garden gate wreath. Nice splash of red. Are they berries or rose hips or other?

I bought holly stems with berries to add some color to my front pot.

The berry branches are artificial. I've used real berries in the past but they just don't last very long. These I found at Pat Catan, nicely made and strong enough to just stick the long end down into a wreath or swag. I've used them other years and keep one or two in the cabinet and never attach them with glue so I can use them again.

My holly bushes are finally getting some height and width, but alas no berries yet. I thought I bought a male and a female but perhaps not.

pretty !! I also love to decorate all around the gardens with greens for Christmas ..I did an entire reindeer this year !
