Thats almost exactly the layout we have in our hall bathroom! But I would go with a standard 5 ft tub and that would leave room for your light switch on the left side as you enter the room. And then change your door swing to open against the closet wall. Our closet opens into the bathroom instead of the hall. If you do that, I would consider making the closet wider and only doing a single sink. Or you could do one of the wider sinks with 2 faucets - that might be cool in a kids bathroom.

If you do a 5 ft tub, you could also add 6" to the toilet area (especially since it will have a wall on bath sides), and still have 6" for light switches by the door.

So the toilet is by the window now? That's the only change I would have suggested.

Where will towels hang, on back of the door? Under the window?

I think what you've got planned will work fine. But I might try a tweak:
-leave the tub where shown
-put the closet on the tub wall (where toilet is shown) and hang the towel bars there.
-shift the vanity toward the door
-put the toilet by the window at the end of the vanity.

I know putting the toilet at the end of the tub offers it more privacy, but moving the vanity up to the door opens up the room a bit from the narrow opening, bounded by tub and closet.

- swing door other way
- switch placement of tub and toilet (opting for this as a toilet with privacy will suit the boys better in the long run)
- towel hooks behind door
- towel rod on wall of closet
