My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Planning ahead: graduation

11 years ago

My oldest is graduating college in May (yeah!). His college is 7 hours away from home, so we'll be traveling for the event and will stay afterwards to pack up his apartment. Several relatives will also be traveling long distance to attend the commencement. What is our obligation regarding our relative's hotel costs? Do we pay? Do they pay for themselves?
