rooster with swollen waddles

I have a rooster an 4 hens . last week it got down right cold . I have a heated coop an attached coop run to . I think he might have frost bitten his comb an waddles. been hand feeding and watering him. also put some triple antibiotic on comb an waddles. gave him a baby asprin every day since 5 days ago. seen some improvement . any chicken experts out there?
