Print a copy of the wall & small copies of your blocks. Play with them until you like what you see. Since it placement you're interested in you needed worry about color or B&W.

I have also seen quilt blocks framed (no batting/quilting) and that looks really nice (especially some in antique frames). I've used small quilt hangers for little quilties (8" x 10")I have on my doors. You could hang a line and hang them on that (like a clothesline with little quilts) or they also make "invisible hangers" to hang them from the back. Depending on the size you can also use the triangle corners for hanging with a dowel rod and nails. Many options, I've seen people hang doll quilts on the walls, kind of the same idea.

I like this idea, as I like to make different blocks and i could change them when ever i make a new block.
