I just started watching fit 2 stitch with Peggy Sagers and it's terrific...so many great ideas and lessons to improve your sewing. She's big into pattern making and shows wonderful ways of taking a basic pattern and then put your own variations on it. The beauty of that is, you only have to fit yourself once. Beats the alternative of buying all the expensive patterns and then getting stuck with trying to fit them to your body again and again. She also shows ways of making sewing faster and easier.
