I love this light but would it be too much with my stair railings etc.?

My current breakfast nook

I love that light fixture. I looked at several of the "cage" type lights before I bought the one I have now. Here is a pic of mine. I had to raise it after I made my new breakfast nook and eventually I might change it because posters here have told me it doesn't work for my setting but I do still love it and it coordinates with lights I have nearby.
I think yours would look great but I'd take that advice w/a grain of salt since many ppl questioned my choice ;-)

@GreenHavenGarden - I LOVE your whole room! I think the light looks perfect with your surrounding decor! I think it adds just the right touch. I hope you don't change it. Thank you for the picture. I ordered my light and I have my fingers crossed it looks as good as yours.

I think the caged chandy will look great with those chairs, Lori, but I'm not so sure how they will look in your room. If everything is easy-return, go ahead and give them a try :)

While the caged chandy is pretty, I can't help but think, how do you clean it??

I love the whimsy of that caged chandelier - gorgeous fixture. But it looks too formal for the rest of that area in your house.

@Aktillery-thank you so much for the mock up! I went ahead and ordered it. Your mock up helped me to pull the trigger on it. I love how it looks and will post a update once it I arrives and we get it hung.
