Can we add a 4th light and can these rotate and angle adjust

Can we change the angle of the lights like on many track lightng systems. And...can we add a 4th light?

The Sea Gull Lighting Ambiance Transitions Trenton Pendant Rail Kit 94514-71 is only available as a 3 Light Kit. Additional matching pendants are not available. The lights do not rotate or swivel, they only point downwards.
