Help finding a Modern Architect / Designer Recommendation for Chicago

I am beginning the search for a Architect / Designer who could help design and construct a major renovations for a 4 level 4,000 SF home in Chicago, Albany Park. I am an enormous fan of the simplicity in design of modern homes and would like to find someone with experience in that area. Any recommendations would be appreciated
