Yes , I think you can.
Temperature you mention is fine. But you have to control the amount of direct sun. I would start in a place with INdirect light and gradually introduce to direct sun. This process is know as "hardening off".

i probably wouldnt bother .. until they sprout ... but it depends on night temps ...

germination temps.. are best consistent ... rather than hot during the day and cold at night... so by keeping them in the house.. where temps might be near consistent 24/7 ..... they may sprout a bit faster ...

you would get better info.. if you include where you are ...

and definitely ... no direct sun on babes.. until they have a root mass sufficient to pump enough water... to deal with it all ...

Need a great deal more info from you or it would be easy for us to give you wrong info. The info provided so far leaves us just guessing at things and that is dangerous. :)

How old are these plants? What do you hope to gain by setting them out? How long before they can be planted in the garden? What zone are you in? etc.

Young seedlings have to be protected from both direct sun AND wind exposure Kills them quickly. And first time exposure to outside is normally for a very brief time period. Like an hour. As others have said - learn about "hardening off plants".

Oklahoma seeds just came in not started yet. So if starting them indoors do i need to wait for them to sprout before putting tgem under the grow light?

seeds do not need sun to sprout. Once seeds have sprouted...get them under grow lights right away.

FWIW, the sun might help warm the pots & help get the seeds to sprout a bit faster. You just don't want to over heat.

I would bring them inside @ night, tho...

Geez !! I got the impression that you already have the grown seedlings/plants from seeds, where you said "TO SET THE POTS....",.
Starting seeds is another process and normally is not done in pots.

They have all germinated now doing good. Planted in solo cups about half full will add more soil as they grow taller to encourage stronger plants and roots. Got about 60 under the lights now. Cherokee chocolate, cherokee purple, indian stripe, black krim, black from tula, black cherry, and purple bumble bee.
