I just wanted to introduce myself, a bit late as I've already commented on one thread....

I realized after making my account that my name sounds like "spam" lol, but it my kids' initials ;)

I've been a longtime lurker here, mostly this forum and home decorating. I have definitely learned a great deal here. I have an amazing 1858 home in Petersburg Va. It was renovated before we bought it, but we've also bought a nearby house to reno and sell so will likely be posting more as we work on that:) The house is the exact same footprint and year (and probably same builder)as our house, but on a slightly smaller scale.
