The whole thing $1000.00 as a set so yes the chairs also. I am not sure about the "patchy" look. I know it's in fashion now but it doesn't look solid to me?

I don't mind the table but I wouldn't buy the table with the chairs. Can you negotiate the table without the chairs for less? Are you sure it will fit and complement your space? I've regretted "good deals" in the past.

I was about to say the same thing. For a grand, you can do better.

I'm not digging the chairs with it. It reminds me of this table but looks much better with these chairs...

I am not a fan of this table...but I see with a total of 8 votes at this point you have 4 like it and 4 that don't. So, hang in there and see where this goes!

Considering the price of this set I think that its fair , as far as taste goes I don't like those chairs with that table ,if you could pair them with a white table they would look much better ,for the table ....I wouldn't want that one in a dining room ,I honestly think that it belongs in a kitchen .

What about painting or staining the table & if you have to take the chairs, re-cover?

Very nice table but I doubt that it is a for-real set! Chair legs are a give away! Still a little expensive if it's used and you have to pay to recover the chairs.

I think $1000 is too much. It looks like the chairs are darker than the table. Could the table be stained a darker color? Also what is the style of your home?

I saw the stable and thought of you. Although the one shown the picture is light wood I still think A darker finish be nice if you decide to get the table.

I have to join the group that says the table is awesome, but it needs some different chairs. And, yes, make sure to measure as it might be hard to really imagine/picture what it will look like in your own home.

the chairs are as ugly as ugly can be. You can get a good table for as much. try way fair, houzz, crate & barrel, west elm and CB2

Don't ever buy something you don't like just because it's a "good deal".

The chairs don't work out with the table... The table seems have potentials to be a cool piece if you find right chairs.

Nice table but wrong chairs

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but ... Personally, I do NOT care for it. We had to look for a long time before we found our dining tables (we have 2 different dining rooms), but hang in there if you pay attention and try to zero in on what you really want, you'll find it! That's what happened with us, now we love what we have, and that's a great feeling!

on looking at comparable tables at crate & barrel. get the tables, sell the chairs, unless you are handy and can re-upholster the chairs cheaply. then go for it.

When you see the right table and chairs, you'll know it. You'll know it to the point that you don't need to ask anyone. Really. If you question it, it's wrong. Remember, you'll have these for a long time and they'll be a focal point for the room they go in. I've found it's typically worth paying extra to get exactly what you want.

Take the chairs away, and then see how you like it, but definitely don't buy it if you must take the chairs, and definitely not for $1k.

I like the table but hate those chairs. If you aren't 100% in love with it, I'd keep looking.
