Hey there, so i have a superior bbv millivolt fireplace. Heres my problem- i am helping someone fix theirs and they said, overtime the fireplace would not light with the switch. So when i got there-the pilot was lit but the switch was useless. So i figured the thermophile, i replaced that and still the same thing. Today I tried to bypass limit switch by jumping two wires for the thermophile to try and start it. What i got was a loud click and the pilot went out- i had to relight it and it relight but every time i try to jump terminals, it just clicks.
