Shilla, good to see you. I double hate it. I used to be mehitabel, was for over 10 years, but they wouldn't let me use that name, said it didn't exist. Then when I tried to sign up using that name, said it was already being used. I gave up and became Molly. I hate change!

I also hate this "last Tuesday" thing, too much like change :)

Hi mehitabel/mollymcquire, I'm glad you made it!!

You can still use mehitabel as your screen name, but you'll have to login with mollymcquire. Go to the upper right, click on "Your Houzz", click "Edit profile", and under "Profile Information", put "mehitabel" as your first name. If you want to show your USDA zone or location, put that in the box for "Second name". Your old name will show up on all the old threads.

Hey all. Well it looks like this forum will take a wider image, like 630 pixels. But it seems to degrade them even worse than GW. Too bad they can't have a current feature like go to first unread post instead of having to scroll.

I find knowing people's zone so helpful. I hope you all will consider adding your zone to your usernames.

re: zones... There is a place in Advanced Settings to add it then it shows up automatically. I didn't notice mine hadn't transferred over til you mentioned it mehitabel. Thanks. I think zone + general area is good to know :)
