My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Baseboard and laminate edge finish?

What size trim used for baseboard - in inches, if you please? :-) And how is laminate wall edge finished?

    The skirting board we used was 5 1/2" (140mm) and we used a small aluminium angle on the wall edge. It was a great way to finish it and you don't even notice it!

    Thank you, Capitol Building! I just noticed my question about wall trim finish was already asked in January, last month and you still answered my question so pleasantly. I also noticed MANY questions were asked many times and each time Capitol Building answered pleasantly. Very patient and kind if you. :-) This room still makes me swoon. Nice job. Was surprised wall mounted side tables are MDF - sure look great .
